About the role

A day in the life of a Logistics Processor includes receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise while maintaining high standards of customer service and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload freight, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures

Requirements

• A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using a variety of technology and new computer applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

Pay

Hourly pay range: $17.45 - $18.15. Pay offers are dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Commission for selling employees varies based on merchandise sold: apparel, shoes, and accessories typically range from 3% to 14.5%, while Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
