Retail Stock Associate - San Diego

About the role

The Stock Associate plays a vital role in the Nespresso team, supporting the back-of-house operations and enhancing the customer experience in retail boutiques.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound stock shipments
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain product merchandising and transfers
• Replenish merchandise within the boutique
• Aid the sales floor as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean boutique environment
• Demonstrate loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Punctuality and availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Patience and resourcefulness in handling day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule
