Retail Stock Associate - La Jolla
About the role
As a Retail Stock Associate at Nespresso in La Jolla, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations and customer experience of our retail boutique. You will be responsible for processing stock shipments, maintaining inventory, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Maintain organization of products for easy access by the sales team
- Replenish merchandise within the boutique as needed
- Support the sales floor with additional assistance as required
- Maintain a safe and clean boutique environment
- Demonstrate loss prevention efforts
Requirements
- Punctuality and availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Patience and resourcefulness in handling day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar retail or warehouse setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.50. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
Schedule
Open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays are common.
