Retail Stock Associate, Dadeland

About the role

Nespresso is hiring a part-time Stock Associate to be part of our dynamic team inside the Macy's at Dadeland Mall. This role involves driving multiple facets of the business, from back-of-house to the sales floor, collaborating with team members to ensure customers find their favorite coffees and products.

Responsibilities

• Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers.
• Maintain organization to ensure products are easily located for the sales team.
• Replenish merchandise within the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
• Take part in maintaining a safe boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness, and demonstrating loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment and resourcefulness in troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible hours to be determined based on the needs of the store.
