About the role

The Retail Sr. Store Associate-Part Time plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a vibrant sales culture. This position requires a passion for sales, excellent customer service, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively engaging every customer and promoting the best solution.
  • Maintains a neat, clean, and well-stocked store environment, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Completes freight processes, organizes the freight sorting area, and ensures inventory levels are maintained.
  • Continuously develops personal selling skills and product knowledge through advanced training and ongoing education.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and supports loss prevention efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • No prior experience required, but retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
  • Ability to use computers and technology for information processing and accessing necessary data.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and colleagues.
  • Enjoys interacting with people.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation and utilize training tools.
  • Must possess the ability to process information and merchandise through a POS register system.
  • Must enjoy interacting with people and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of print and technology products/services.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
