RETAIL SPECIALIST (FULL TIME)

Schedule

Full time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper assembly and service of foods.
• Maintain sanitation and safety of the department's service and utility areas.
• Responsible for proper cash handling and completion of required daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including weekly inventory, cash reports, and production records.
• Respond to customer needs and requests; resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with menu planning and ordering using appropriate company programs and initiatives.
• Ensure that the department is opened and closed per departmental security policies.
• Assist in the selection and orientation of associates; oversee associate training.
• Ensure associates' daily and weekly tasks are appropriately performed.
• Comply with federal, state, local, and health department regulations; help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices involving food, personal safety, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving, assembling, and distributing food supplies to ensure the quality and safety of the food supply.
• Identify and use cleaning chemicals following directions recommended by manufacturers and per MSDS/SDS sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and retail experience preferred.

Pay

$21.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service available at select locations.
