Soccer Post is the country’s largest community-focused soccer specialty retailer, expanding nationwide. We seek energetic, customer‑focused team members passionate about soccer to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience in a fun, fast‑paced environment with room to grow.

Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer who walks through the doors
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best products for their game
• Showcase and explain merchandise with confidence
• Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas
• Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low‑inventory items
• Support team inventory and other store operations
• Handle phone inquiries professionally
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Retail experience (preferred); customer service mindset (required)
• Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong sales instincts and ability to anticipate customer needs
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team‑player attitude
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
