Retail Solution Architect – E-commerce & POS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect with strong E-commerce and POS expertise to design and lead end-to-end solutions across POS, e-commerce, OMS, inventory, payments, and omnichannel retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable architectures and integrations using APIs, microservices, cloud, and event-driven architecture.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead the design of retail technology solutions with a focus on POS, e-commerce, and omnichannel workflows.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of retail workflows, order management, inventory, pricing, promotions, payments, and fulfillment.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify, Oracle Retail, NCR, or Aptos is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Retail Technology.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Retail/Digital Transformation experience is strongly preferred. This is a remote, full-time position.
