Contribute to a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service as a Shortage Control Associate (SCA).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and wear designated dress standards.
• Stand at the front of the store, remain vigilant, and monitor the entrance for the entire shift.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and a friendly greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Support associates in training on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Provide guidance on maintaining safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor the store environment.
• Confident in handling confidential information.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
• Strong leadership skills to foster productive business relationships.
