RETAIL SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Retail Shift Supervisor at Mercy Health Ft Smith - 7301 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72903. Online applications are accepted only. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Three years of previous retail and supervisory experience are required.
