Retail Shift Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor (Team Lead) for our Venchi store located in Century City, Los Angeles. Join us and be part of a dynamic and growing retail channel that supports the development of our company.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring they have a premium service experience.
• Support the store manager in executing day-to-day operations, including managing team performance and ensuring customer focus.
• Ensure effective team collaboration and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Handle cash transactions, reconcile registers, and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Communicate clearly and engage with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and encourage a positive team culture.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of operational KPIs such as sales, waste, and labor.
• Proactive approach to achieving targets and maximizing opportunities.
• Ability to multitask and think on one's feet.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends, particularly during peak hours.
• Positive attitude and ability to set a good example for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Venchi's mission and product guidelines.
