About the role
Responsible for managing a team of retail associates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train retail associates to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
- Perform cash handling duties and reconcile daily sales reports.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail management preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
