Retail Service Stocker

And Requirements

• Stock and merchandise client-supplied products throughout assigned stores.
• Maintain and refresh displays to ensure proper product placement and presentation.
• Aid with stocking, rotation, and positioning of products according to retailer and client guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock totals accurately.
• Participate in training programs on stocking practices and client impact guidelines.
• Communicate store conditions, maintenance issues, and client impact guidelines.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to complete daily objectives.
• Follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED is required.
• Prior experience in grocery, stocking, inventory, or merchandising is preferred.
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to completing tasks correctly are required.
• The candidate must have the physical capability to carry 20 lbs and lift or move up to 50 lbs consistently.
• The candidate should be able to adapt to changing priorities and day-to-day activities in a retail environment.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
• Work performed in both typical store environments and outdoor weather conditions.
• Noise levels may vary from low to high.
• Maintain good attendance and safe work practices.
