We need to remove EEO and accommodation instructions (boilerplate). Also remove any navigation/cookie etc (none). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (intro), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements/Skills (Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required), Benefits (Total Compensation Package), Pay (Compensation Pay Range). Possibly Schedule? Not given specific schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section unless there is content. The posting mentions "Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed." That's about premiums, not schedule specifics. So we should not create a Schedule section. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include the compensation details, the description of role, essential functions, skills/requirements, benefits. We need to format using

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what constitutes a list. The essential job functions are many bullet-like sentences; we could treat them as a list (

    • ). Similarly skills/requirements could be a list. Benefits could be a list. We need to avoid repeating the job title as heading. The job title is "Retail Service Specialist". We should not put that as heading. We need to include a short

for minor metadata like maybe job ID? Not present. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. Let's extract sections: 1. About the role / Overview: The first paragraph after compensation: "The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply." We could put that under About the role. 2. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list. We need to list each duty as

    • . The text includes many sentences separated by periods. We'll split them. List items: - Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. - Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…) - Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy. - Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed. - Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger. - Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is processed or staged in the returns area correctly. - Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store. - Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned. - Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out according to company policy. - Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in secure designated area. - All other duties as assigned. We need to ensure we keep the parentheses content. 3. Requirements / Skills: "Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required: Strong communication skills Ability to obtain RSS Certification Desired Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts Automotive systems and repair knowledge ASE Certification Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)" We can split into list items: - Strong communication skills - Ability to obtain RSS Certification - Desired Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts - Automotive systems and repair knowledge - ASE Certification - Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) Also there is a paragraph about O'Reilly Auto Parts track record etc. That could be considered "About the company" but not a required section; we could include under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". However the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but better to stick to those. The company description could go under About the role or maybe under a brief paragraph. We'll include it in About the role as prose. 4. Benefits: "Total Compensation Package Competitive Wages & Paid Time OffStock Purchase Plan & 401k with Employer Contributions Starting Day OneMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance with Optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Team Member Health/Wellbeing ProgramsTuition Educational Assistance ProgramsOpportunities for Career Growth" We need to parse that into list items. The text is concatenated without spaces: "Competitive Wages & Paid Time OffStock Purchase Plan & 401k with Employer Contributions Starting Day OneMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance with Optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Team Member Health/Wellbeing ProgramsTuition Educational Assistance ProgramsOpportunities for Career Growth" We need to split logically: - Competitive Wages & Paid Time Off - Stock Purchase Plan & 401k with Employer Contributions (Starting Day One) - Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance with Optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Team Member Health/Wellbeing Programs - Tuition Educational Assistance Programs - Opportunities for Career Growth We need to ensure we keep the "Starting Day One" note attached to the 401k item. 5. Pay: "Compensation Pay Range $15.00 - $20.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met." We need to put that under Pay heading. Could be prose or list. Probably prose

. We'll include the details. We should not include Schedule section. We need to remove EEO and accommodation instructions. Now produce HTML fragment:
