Retail Service Rep II (Service Department)
Job Description
The Service Concierge role focuses on providing high-level customer service for internal partners and customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving issues related to product and warranty
- Data entry and administrative tasks related to service work
- Sorting, alphabetizing, and filing correspondence, forms, records, reports, and other materials
- Performing routine typing or word processing of materials
- Maintaining a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers, and delivery partners
- Contributing to team efforts and demonstrating flexibility and positive outlook
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships
- Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills
- Customer orientation
- Flexibility & positive outlook

Profit Sharing: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Payment amounts are tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
