The Seasonal Retail Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing all aspects of our pop-up retail kiosks during the highly anticipated Christmas at the Princess event. This role supervises seasonal sales associates and reports to both the Senior Supervisor team and Retail Management. Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk teamProvide daily coaching to maximize individual and team sales performanceSet clear expectations around behavior, productivity, and guest experienceFacilitate onboarding and ongoing training for seasonal associates Daily Operations Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floorExecute opening/closing tasks, break schedules, and daily kiosk readinessOversee product pulls and ensure timely restocking of merchandiseCollect and manage retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheetsMaintain strong communication across the team for shift and sales updatesExpect to work 5 days/40+ hours per week Physical Requirements Able to stand or walk for 7+ hours per shiftAble to lift and push up to 50 lbs; reach, bend, and climb ladders as neededComfortable navigating multiple on-property locations quickly Guest Experience & Culture Foster a fun, team-oriented atmosphere that delivers exceptional guest serviceLead by example in providing engaging, knowledgeable, and proactive serviceCelebrate team accomplishments and promote colleague recognitionUphold and communicate the brand’s values and retail culture daily Operational Excellence Monitor business performance and implement action plans for successServe as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address issues in real timePartner with Sales Leads and Senior Supervisors to execute initiativesEnforce policies and procedures including Loss Prevention and safetyEnsure full OSHA compliance and a safe, guest-ready environment Qualifications 1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience requiredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systemsMust hold valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and AZ Liquor Server CertificationWilling to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods Additional Information Your Team And Working Environment A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience, Feel Valued, Feel Sparked, We Are One Our Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent Why work for Accor?
