Retail Seasonal Store Associate, Fabletics (Legacy West - Plano, TX)

Seasonal position running from November 2024 to the end of January 2025.

About the role

As the Seasonal Store Associate, you will provide a best-in-class retail experience, using cutting-edge technology to enable customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. You will work alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of associates to help customers Live their Passion. This is a highly energetic role for a self-motivated individual comfortable engaging the public and contributing to aggressive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience within a retail environment (preferred).
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours; open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
