RETAIL Seasonal Service Team Member (late night/ overnight

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and assist them in finding products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, including proper cash handling.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards.
• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Perform merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go‑backs and general store recovery to keep the store well‑merchandised and in‑stock.
• Execute Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
