We operate multiple manufacturing studios that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us. We're seeking a Seasonal Design Support who will join our store team for the season, welcoming customers, preparing orders for pickup, and assembling Tabletop frames. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Location: Central Austin.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm and welcoming way.
• Prepare orders for customer pickup, ensuring a smooth handoff.
• Assemble Tabletop frames.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Do whatever it takes to deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee.

Pay

The base range is $17 – $17, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.

Schedule

• Commitment: 10‑week seasonal position.
• Availability: Must be available to work peak business days, including holidays and weekends.
