Retail Scan Associate (West Lebanon, NH 03784)

The role is permanent and part-time, averaging 5-12 hours per week across all stores, with additional hours assigned for special projects.

About the role

Retail Scan Associates visit designated stores weekly to scan all product barcodes, improving sales performance. Additional hours are assigned for special projects, typically 1-2 hours per week per store, with higher demand from January through June.

Responsibilities

• Scan all product barcodes in stores, including aisle end caps.
• Collect data that is analyzed to improve product sales.
• Work with various store types including grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes.
• Provide the quantity of about 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete Custom Projects, which can add 1-2 hours of work per store per week.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure long periods on your feet and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Tech-savvy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
