Retail Salesperson

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for cashiering, merchandise sales and maintaining the store’s appearance
• Maintains displays and ensures that the merchandise is kept neat and orderly
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise

Secondary Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains a general knowledge of products being sold
• Affords assistance to customers with general knowledge of Mohegan Sun

Minimum Education And Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Competencies

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of products sold throughout Mohegan Sun’s stores

Training Requirements

• Previous cashiering experience
• Knowledge of Micros system

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
