About the Role

An energetic position focused on addressing customer needs in person and over the phone. You will use your communication skills to explain warranty options, establish time commitments between technicians and customers, facilitate checkout procedures, and promote products and services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaint resolution to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Completion and maintenance of all required Firestone Complete Auto Care store education courses and modules for this position.

Pay

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.90 per hour.
