Retail Sales Worker Lead - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, support and train sales associates and utility workers
• Assign daily tasks, conduct pre-shift meetings, and ensure smooth functioning in manager’s absence
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve guest issues promptly, and greet all visitors
• Manage inventory, place merchandise orders, and maintain store cleanliness
• Collect sales data, lead nightly cash balancing, and perform audits
• Assist with employee scheduling, hiring, and payroll coordination
• Follow safety protocols and complete safety inspections as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong math, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to operate POS systems and office equipment
• Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor, well-groomed
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform related tasks

Must be of legal age for alcohol-related roles and possess relevant certification if applicable. Job duties may evolve based on operational needs.
