Retail Sales - Women's Apparel - Perimeter Mall

Sales associate focused on fashion and styling, responsible for both in-store and digital customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide service tailored to their needs
• Offer honest, confident feedback on style and fit
• Develop fashion and product expertise
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, handling price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

Hourly base pay: $13.50. Commission varies by department: 3%–14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories; 3% for beauty and men’s fragrance. Performance-based incentives or bonuses may also apply.
