Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the store, delivering personalized, human-centric customer experiences.
• Use communication skills to enrich interactions while applying the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to recommend and upsell Asurion products and services.
• Learn and assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed.
• Balance front-of-house customer interactions with back-of-house tech and inventory tasks.
• Support the fast-paced needs of a retail environment as a collaborative team player.
• Multitask confidently across customer service, sales, and technology.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work a part-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hands-on tech work.
