Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the store, delivering personalized customer experiences
• Use communication skills to apply the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and recommend/upsell Asurion products and services
• Learn and assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs
• Balance front-of-house customer interactions with back-of-house tech and inventory tasks
• Support the fast-paced retail environment as a collaborative team player
• Multitask across customer service, sales, and technology

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales
• Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard and valued
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (preferred but not required)
• Flexibility to work a part-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hands-on tech work
