Retail Sales Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Technician to join our team at uBreakiFix by Asurion. This position offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus uncapped sales and repair incentives, with an average potential of $546/month and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices
• Deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences
• Enhance customer experience with our 'serve, solve, and sell' method
• Upsell Asurion products and achieve sales goals
• Contribute and support in market, based on the needs of the business and store locations
• Efficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environment
• Self-manage and set priorities

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
• 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
