Retail Sales Support - Freelance Part-Time - Seattle, WA

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Support with a strong background in retail, artistry, and education. The ideal candidate will be a skilled seller, able to recruit, consult, and build sales while adhering to retailer guidelines and standards. This role requires executing events and trainings at the store level, effective communication, timely reporting, and building collaborative relationships. Excellence in client service, artistry, and working in an entrepreneurial environment is critical.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift in store
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales
• Build strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally
• Implement SEE focus strategy to drive results in store aligned with corporate objectives
• Complete all administrative assignments by due dates (e.g., submit timesheets by Monday 12pm PST, submit gondola photos during shift)
• Uphold ABH Dress code guidelines while evolving artistry looks to reflect current trends
• Adhere to the provided schedule, ensuring on-time arrival and readiness to work
• Serve as liaison between brand and store partnership to support partnership initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of cosmetic retail experience
• Driven to achieve results
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop others toward promotion
• Ability to observe strategic opportunities and report them to SEE
• Track sales and KPIs achieved during shifts
• Work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships

Pay

The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $27.00–$28.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
