Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Aid with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• Constantly perform physical activities, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Lead with curiosity and humility, build high-performing teams, influence and inspire with vision and purpose, observe, engage, and connect, strive to achieve operational excellence, and deliver business results.

Qualifications

• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
