Retail Sales Support-Bay Ridge - 86th Street

About the role

As a Sales Support associate at Bath & Body Works, you’ll support delivering the sales plan through selling effectiveness by understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. You’ll be part of Gingham Nation, where people are at the center of everything we do, and you’ll contribute to a positive, high-energy environment that drives sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• Engage in constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain the store’s visual appearance.
• Consistently provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
