Retail Sales Supervisor

Pay

The anticipated rate for this position is $16.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

Schedule

Respectful scheduling during operating hours of 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned
