Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service every day.
• Coach and motivate your team to achieve sales goals through product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
• Create an engaging, positive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
• Help train, develop, and support new and existing team members.
• Monitor daily sales performance and celebrate wins while identifying coaching opportunities.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, store presentation, and daily operations to keep the store looking its best.
• Support the Store Management in driving results, building morale, and maintaining a positive team culture.
