Retail Sales Supervisor
About the role
Our Retail Sales Supervisors are a key component of Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and growth. You'll lead motivated sales teams in a dynamic retail environment, leveraging leading-edge technology to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
- Manage commission-based teams effectively
- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction
- Execute sales strategies and workflows
- Conduct team huddles and sales drills
- Leverage leading-edge retail technology
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
- At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a supervisory or sales leadership role
- Experience managing commission-based teams
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience standards
- Familiarity with e-learning and team training platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay
Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Expected Base Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 / hour
