Retail Sales Supervisor
About the role
Our Retail Sales Supervisors are a key component of Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and growth. You will lead motivated sales teams in a dynamic retail environment, leveraging leading-edge technology to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Coach and develop high-performing sales teams through effective communication and active listening
- Manage and mentor a commission-based team, ensuring fair and transparent performance evaluations
- Implement and execute sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct team huddles and sales drills to maintain showroom readiness and operational efficiency
- Manage the open/close procedures and ensure the retail showroom is ready for customers
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and product knowledge
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
- At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a supervisory or sales leadership role
- Experience managing commission-based teams
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience standards
- Familiarity with e-learning and team training platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay
Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay Range: $26.00-$27.00 per hour

Hours may vary based on store location and shift requirements.
