About the role
Our Retail Sales Supervisors are a major driving force behind Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and expansive growth in the retail industry. This role operates in a dynamic retail showroom and leverages leading-edge retail technology to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead motivated, driven, commission sales teams in a low-pressure, honest, gimmick-free, and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Coach and develop high-performing teams through effective communication and active listening.
- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by implementing sales strategy execution and process and workflow management.
- Conduct team huddles and sales drills to ensure operational excellence and showroom readiness.
- Manage commission-based teams with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
- At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed.
