Retail Sales Supervisor

About the role

Our Retail Sales Supervisors are a key component of Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and growth. You'll lead motivated sales teams in a low-pressure, engaging shopping environment using leading-edge retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop high-performing sales teams
• Lead customer-centric sales strategies
• Manage commission-based teams effectively
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Execute sales strategy and manage workflows
• Conduct team huddles and sales drills

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• At least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory or sales leadership role
• Experience managing commission-based teams
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience standards
• Familiarity with e-learning and team training platforms
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay

Not including potential commissions, incentive, bonus, etc. Expected base pay: $28.00 per hour plus bonus
