About the Role

Retail Sales Specialists engage customers, uncover needs, and recommend products and services that solve real problems. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
• Owning the customer experience from greeting through checkout
• Working closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service
• Contributing to daily store performance and team success
• Supporting store opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned

This role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, sales development, and trusted store responsibility in a structured environment.

Pay

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20.00 - $23.50 per hour, including hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives. Top performers exceed OTE through consistent results. Paid training is provided during the first 3 months, with a clear path to higher earnings and leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts
• Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products
• 1+ years of customer service, retail, or hands-on work experience
