Retail Sales Specialist - Part-Time (Bilingual Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships, effectively listen, and overcome objections, while reselling the value of our products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards, while minimizing product losses.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, adhere to policies, resolve issues, and participate in training programs.

Requirements

• Earn $20.00/hour base pay, with the potential to earn up to $25.40/hour through commission and incentives.
• Flexible schedule, regular attendance, physical demands (lifting up to 35 lbs., prolonged standing), and adherence to Spectrum's dress code in a moderately noisy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions, high comfort level with personal technology, basic math skills, ability to prioritize, organize, manage tasks, handle change effectively, familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments, strong performance in a fast-paced team environment, effective communication, self-motivated, competitive spirit, desire to exceed sales goals, positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, bilingual: Spanish (preferred).
• Experience: 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience, 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience (preferred).

Pay

• The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $31.75.
• The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
