Job Overview

The Vendor Paid Specialist is an exceptional colleague affiliated with a brand-specific vendor. They utilize vendor product knowledge and superior selling skills to drive revenue for the vendor/brand. They create an enhanced shopping experience, deliver exceptional service, and always prioritize the customer.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

Who You Are

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers, and all levels of management.
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and the ability to use a calculator.
• Self-starter.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to follow through on projects in a timely manner.
• Comfortable with the use of computers and frequent use of RF equipment.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Constant moving.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Reaching above eye level.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Lifting/moving at least 30 lbs.
