- The ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
- A strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
- A self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.

- Knowledge of the latest technology and devices.
- One to five years of sales/customer service experience.
- One to three years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
