Required Qualifications

- Basic math skills.
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
- A familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
- A strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
- A self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.
- A positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
