Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assisting customers in locating products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies
• Accurately processing sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays to company standards
• Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
• Participating in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem solve
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with multiple devices, Google Drive, and Apple products
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor

Pay

This position begins at $18.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's One Paseo location, with uncapped commission.
