Retail Sales - Shoes - Fashion Show

Salesperson role focused on fashion and styling, with a mix of in-store and digital customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service tailored to their needs
• Offer honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Develop fashion and product expertise
• Maintain department readiness through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Grow customer relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including lifting above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

Hourly pay range: $13.25 - $13.25, plus commission. Commission varies by department:

• Apparel, shoes, and accessories: 3% to 14.5%
• Beauty and Men’s Fragrance: 3%

This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
