Sales & Product Knowledge

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Create long-term brand loyalty through customer relationships.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons.
• Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
