Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers regarding products and services.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Participate in cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration and support.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded.

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

Schedule

Fully remote with some in-person visits as needed.
