About the role
As a Retail Sales Representative at Pella Windows and Doors SW, you’ll help homeowners create the spaces they’ve always dreamed of by presenting high-quality windows and doors that enhance homes and enrich lives.
This full-time, commission-only position offers earnings between $100,000 - $200,000, allowing you to control your financial success. The role requires travel between the Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM locations.
Schedule
Shifts vary to meet business needs, with a flexible schedule within the following hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Dispatch from your home to meet with homeowners eager to transform their living spaces.
- Present Pella’s superior products with enthusiasm, helping customers visualize possibilities for their homes.
- Use negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to achieve first-call closes that satisfy client needs and sales goals.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between the Albuquerque and Santa Fe locations
- Strong desire to make money
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
