Retail Sales Print Supervisor

Role Overview

Supervisors direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions for customers to help them achieve their print and marketing goals. The role requires collaboration, inclusivity, and participation in a fun, team‑oriented retail culture.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative, value‑added print and marketing solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction through engagement, quality focus, and community involvement.
• Coach associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions.
• Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence and profitable sales & margin.
• Consult with customers, ask open‑ended questions, and deliver total print solutions to increase sales and dollars per transaction.
• Leverage Salesforce.com to manage customers through in‑store engagement and proactive outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility to meet store needs.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Experience directing a team or supervising others while managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills (opening, saving, sending electronic files, email, Microsoft Word or similar).
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objections and engaging customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Conflict‑management skills in a reasonable, non‑confrontational manner.
• Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move 10‑50 lb, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
