Retail Sales Print Production Lead (Glens Falls North, NY)

About the role

The Print Production Lead manages and maintains the production workflow for print and serves as the primary point of contact for all machine operations and production processes. This role involves collaborating with customers, training associates, and ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate print equipment, produce proofs and samples, and provide customer consultations
• Train and coach associates to assist in print production as needed
• Create and manage production workflow, set standards and processes for the team
• Maintain machine functionality and organize supplies
• Be flexible and assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to notice quality issues throughout the production process
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers
• Cooperative and conflict management skills in a high-paced environment
• Basic computer skills to handle electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word and desktop publishing software
• Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk continuously
