About the role

Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $26.00 per hour (base of $22.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $27.00 per hour (base of $23.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales
• Seasoned salesperson experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere
• Reliable and flexible schedule availability (including weekends)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• At least 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture
• Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and sound decision-making skills
• Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format

Pay

• Fit Experts - $26.00 per hour (base of $22.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)
