Your Day at Lowe's
- Welcome customers to Lowe's and answer questions
- Help customers locate and handle merchandise
- Process orders and deliveries accurately
- Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout
- Complete other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly and professional service
- Assist customers with finding and selecting products
- Occasionally load merchandise
- Ensure all customer needs are met
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months experience using a computer
- 6 months experience using common retail technology
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
Travel Requirements
This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.30 per hour
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
